Here I am at 19 weeks. Get a load of my pink skirt. I tell you what, it's gonna be with me in the hereafter I just know it.
Just a couple days ago at church I was asked, "Are you disappointed that you aren't showing yet?"
If this isn't "showing" then tell me what is making my stomach distend? Hunger?
Seriously tell me.
P.S. For comparison's sake, here is me "before baby" in the pink skirt (I really want to make sure that I am just not getting lumpy) :P.P.S. Chup has food poisoning. Which makes him say to me,
"I have full empathy for you my darling!"
To which I say,
"Right back at you Babe!"

You look great. It is a great day when your bump is bigger than your boobs...you officially look like you are preggo, and didn't just have a big lunch!!
I am still waiting to have that happen (but to be fair, I am MUCH more busty than you...). SO cute!! Love the skirt.
It's that 5 month "pop" most mommies seem to get. Every mom I've known just suddenly looks pregnant one day, right around that 5 month mark, ha.
Awww...what a cute bump!
you sure look pregnant to me!
key-ute...
Okay, as if you needed more in the cleavage department, COME ON! Your bump is so, so adorable and if I passed you on the street I would guess you weren't just hungry!
Your belly is gorgeous!
(I may have finally posted to my blog.)
I love the "T" pink skirt on the lovely baby bump! Lets see if your beloved pink fits at 9 months! Don't let go of it! It will be your measuring tape for what is within the "norm" range. Ha
You must have been hiding it well, because sista, now is the time to show! You're adorable. The Chief is going to be big and strong like his dad. I can just feel it.
So cute. Chief Butternut.
There is nothing so beautiful as a pregnant belly. And you wear it quite nicely!
i love the belly! you and the skirt look great. i miss you
Loveliness!
There is NO WAY that is just a really large gorgonzola salad. That is totally baby.
Totally.
The baby bump looks wonderful... and so does that PINK skirt.
Whoever told you you aren't showing is crazy! That is a very lovely baby bump! I am excited for mine in another 12 weeks or so.
there's no comparison. you're so pregnant looking... which is good, since you are pregnant. if you weren't, well, you have a belly like my husband had. but, on the upside, i love him regardless.
poooooor chup. the only way not to get food poisoning is to never eat, i think. he made the right decision.
Awwhhh, The Chief is growing so fast! Best wishes, my dear!
beautiful bump!
I know you don't feel small and how you feel is all that matters, but from one that has been prego twice , YOU LOOK GREAT!!!
is that a baby changing table i spied in the backround?
so adorable! you look and sound (next post) awesome. I can't wait for all the new sound posts especially when chief starts cooing.
Who told you that you weren't showing? How classy. (Why am I not surprised?) That's right up there with asking someone who actually has gained weight if they're pregnant.
You wear pink so well!
The Chief never looked so good.
Clearly so-so at church is smokin' crack.
cjane you will notice that your pregnancy will cause strange things to come out of peoples mouths. My brother-in-law told me I looked like a horse, my neighbor said to me one week after I had my baby "haven't you had that baby yet?". I could go on.
My advice is to just disregard everything anyone says like you have an editing machine in your brain and just snip, snip, snip.
I think women in general look beautiful pregnant and even lovlier when they are in pink!
Aww, love it - and love that your pink skirt will bring you happiness through your maternity days too!
PS - fun to see our Christmas card at your house, Merry Merry Christmas! xoxox
I'm so glad you posted the tummy update! I was wondering if the chief was making his presence known. My favorite part of pregnancy is the middle trimester for sure! Now I just wonder if you have the pregnancy glow about you. Who am I kidding....of course you do!
Looking great! Many, many congratulations!
CJane, it's NY Eve-Day I just read your post about still being sicky and I FEEL YA...Isn't it so annoying when people say, "Oh, the nausea will be gone in a week or two," or "Hmm, that shoudl be over by now!"--REALLY??? Ya THINK?
It never really stopped for me--I could puke anytime, anywhere. I throw up out my car door without really even stopping the car. It's a handy skill.
But really, you have my deepest sympathies. Here's a long-distance "hold-your-hair-back-and-pat-your-back-and-here's-some-gum-all-better-now" from me...
PS: Your post reminds me of the song, "The Long December and there's reason to believe maybe this year will be better than the last..." Yeah, come on, everybody song, "Nah-nah-nah-nah...."
