I am watching The Chief sleep in his rocking bassinet.
Me to Chup: Oh my goodness. I want to have as many babies as possible! Divine!
I am bathing The Chief as he kicks around in the water.
Me to Chup: Really, I've got to have a hundred babies! These little creatures are the best!
I cradle The Chief in my lap while he smiles and shoots his eyes around the room.
Me to Chup: Because, how soon is too soon?
I am doubled over in front of the toilet vomiting violently with some sort of flu.
Me to Chup (remembering all too well) : Does The Chief really need a sibling?

We have it here at our house too. Blek. I don't know what's worse...throwing up yourself, or having your toddler throw up right in your face (including your mouth).

I'm sorry you're feeling pukey. You will one day decide it's all worth it to go through all that to get another one (I speak in vagueries). But you have my permission to wait a couple more months. Cuz I know that's what you were waiting for.

However, just getting over the flu ourselves, and after 4 babies in 4 years (3 birth control surprises)the flu always brings a little scare to our house!

oh, how soon we forget. it's been four years since my last, and all my memory can recall is that it was way too easy and I could have like twenty kids if my sanity would allow it.

EW! I remember those days. I waited 3 years until I tried "again" and then wouldn't you know it, couldn't get pregnant. So we had to have help and as I was wretching I thought "Why did I do this again?" But it was so worth it in the end...

What's worse is morning sickness AND the stomach flu. (yes it happened to me. Not to scare you or anything, but i did make it, and I got a lovely babe.)
