Thanks everyone for joining in the fast and prayers today. We feel so much peace and know that they are going to pull through. I am with Lucy and my parents tonight with the children.
Angels are surrounding these children. They are in the best of spirits and cuter than ever.
I was able to talk to the Doctor today. Steph is in for a long recovery (months). Christian is doing better. They are hoping to have him home in weeks.
We are trying to limit hospital visits right now to just close family. I will post more tomorrow on some things Nie readers, friends and neighbors can do to help!
For now, just the prayers. They are making a WORLD of difference!

Cjane - will Nie and Christian need financial help? Along with prayers all the prayers being offered maybe a site can be set up to help pay for all their upcoming medical bills? It sounds like there will be many surgeries for both of them in the future.

I watched the extended interview with your mom and I thought she just did so great. The personification of strength and faith in the face of adversity. I just wanted to hug her.

I am so sorry to hear what has happened to stephanie her husband and your family. there isn't much someone can say. i went to high school with stephanie...Carly Brown, and i happen to watch the news tonight which i never do, and i but two and two together. i'm in shock. i instantly ran to the computer and the AZ paper had this email as the contact so i wanted to send my regrets and get in touch with someone because my husband and i are moving to glendale this weekend and be more than willing to help with anything needed. my thoughts, prayers and all possible good vibes are being sent to stephanie and christian.
