Ahhh! The simple things...they are truly the most important things!! Childhood Memories will never be forgotten, they are felt with the heart, even the simple ones like PJ's and hot chocolate. And as the years go and the seasons change those sweet children will be taken back to the enjoyable pleasures of pj's and cocoa and special family!
Once again, I must thank you for this blog and for keeping up on NieNie's with older posts. I love it! I don't know either of you or anyone in your family, but I wanted to tell you that I dreamed about Stephanie last night. It was such a peaceful dream with me learning from her, drinking from her spirit and I didn't want to leave her side. It was like I had always known her and relished ever moment I could ever spend with her. Oh how I wish I could have had this blog to read when my children were young. I know it would have enhanced my mothering skills. I woke up with a smile just thinking of it and then I remembered her tragedy. My prayers continue for her, Christian and all of you.
All the economic news is depressing, but we should never forget that we are blessed to live in a country where even the poorest among us can likely still give their kids hot chocolate in their pajamas. Thanks for the reminder.
I agree completely...even if it is 90 degrees here today and the air conditioning is running....hot chocolate cures alot of things and makes the world seem brighter! Thanks for sharing these cute girls
I second that one! What adorable little fairies with beautiful pajamas! Did I spell fairies right??? It doesn't look right. It probably isn't. Fairy's hmmmm......
maybe those guys on the floor of the New York Stock Exchange could all use a little hot cocoa in thier PJ's to calm their nerves. I'd like to see CNBC broadcast that.
Take that Maria Bartiromo!
In fact, I'm going to get in my PJ and enjoy some right now.
My almost 3 yr old son wanted to know, "How can the kids smile when their Mommy is burned?" He was worried about the kids I guess. I told him that they know their Mommy and Daddy are in the hospital but they are getting better and the kids are out here with their family and they can be happy but still miss their Mommy and Daddy. I love the Pajama Day pictures. The smiles on those cute girls is beautiful!! Hooray for PJ DaY!
