Just a quick note to say that Stephanie and Christian were transfered to Utah today with the help of our vigilant sister Page, the amazing staff at Maricopa (that is link just for Michael) and the Utah team.
Tomorrow she will start rehab-ing all of the muscles in her body. Except the muscles that make her smile, because my dad said he definitely saw those working as she was being transfered from the plane to her awaiting carriage (ambulance).
All is good along the Wasatch Front.
Much love, masses of thanks, and a promise of more details to come,
-ceej

SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO happyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy! thanks for the updated. Still in my daily thoughts and prayers.
I'm sure being home in her beloved Utah with family close will help Stephanie's healing.
What a blessing! Thanks for posting all the updates. You are a remarkable woman! Stephanie is very lucky to have you as a sister, truly lucky!
Yay!!! Wonderful news !!! We will keep praying for them to continue recovering. I'm so happy to read/hear the news.
The miracles never seem to cease in your family. This is SO wonderful! I know that I don't "know" you all, but you are in my prayers and hearts.....and....just a thought....maybe they will be "good luck charms" for our Cougars this weekend! NICE timing for their return! I think it is a good sign!
Hooray!
That is so great. I cant believe it. I am so happy for all of you, especially for the kids to be much closer.
Now I can stop writing letters in my head to Stephanie about the way Utah is today, and yesterday, and on the first day of fall.
Happy Thanksgiving . . . how splendid.
Thank you again for all you've done to keep us updated and in the know. There's nobody like you, CJane.
I stumbled apon your blog probably a week after Stephanie and Christian's accident. I just wanted to say that since that time I have held my children closer, talked with God more, and been more thankful for the blessings in my life .... Thanks to both you and Stephanie for your the words and the faith so apparent in your blogs. I've been praying for you and your entire family and will continue during this important time. Sending much love your way!
That is great news, I am so happy to hear that they are returning to Utah. I am sure that rehab will be easier with so many loved ones close by. This is the first day in the next chapter in their story. Thanks for bringing us along.
Your family remains in my prayers.
Oh that is happy news. To be so close to you all.
I have to admit though...there is a little sadness in my heart for Christian's family...it must have been hard for them to say good-bye. But the healing that will come for Stephanie in Utah with her dear family so close....she couldn't be in better hands or in a better place!
What a happy day! Our family continues to pray for you all.
Such great news!! So happy for all of you.
Wow! Stephanie must be doing quite well now to be able to be transferred! So very happy for them and all of you. Prayers are being heard!
In time for Thanksgiving!
Praying for you.
Marvelous! You are all in my daily prayers, and I am thrilled to know that Stephanie and Christian are doing so well. You are an amazing family.
blessings, blessings, blessings... keep on coming!
We'll keep on praying!
What a surprisingly fantastic news!!! I bet she smiled all the way to Utah, she needs to be HOME with her family.
I am so glad that she is progressing so well. And I am happy for all of you because all of you must be out of the house from joy and happiness.
Oh what a great news to start my day.
Sending love and smiles from far away to all of you.
Suzy

In Utah for Christmas - perfect.

oh my goodness.
My heart leapt a little upon reading this.
She's here. She is actually here. And with the most beautiful late fall weather to greet her.
WAAAAHOOOOOOOOOO!!!!
Wonderful. She must be so happy to be home and nearer her family.
Almost the best news of all. Still waiting and hoping all is well for the whole family.

This post made my heart sing!
I know family and friends in Arizona will miss them, but Utah is special to them.
How wonderful!
Every day another prayer is answered.
Blessings to you all. Thanks for keeping us updated.
Your blog and your sisters is the first i read in the morning for inspiration.
Your in my thoughts and prayers.
Lorraine
OH Happy day! How wonderful that they are together in Utah and will be close to their children and her wonderful supportive family. I am sure that Christian's family will miss seeing both of them so much. I think you guys have waited long enough :)
Beautahful! (Couldn't resist that, sorry.)
But really, how beautiful! Rob just asked me tonight when they'd be here. I am SO happy for all of you. God is good is good is good. You'll continue in our prayers.
xo
P.S. Isn't a smile the most exquisite gift!
God bless Christan, his love, and his courage to leave his family to bring Stephanie back to hers to heal her new body and weary soul. And blessings to Stephanie and to all of you as you walk forward on this new path in your lives.
Right at HOME!! The perfect place to heal! Wishing you all a wonderful magical holiday season. God does indeed answer prayers.
Wow amazing how fast Stephanie seems to have healed ! So many progresses already ! Congratulations !
Well yeehah to that!
Does anyone say that where you live anymore? (for the record - in Norfolk we do not say 'jolly hockeysticks' or 'OoAArr M'lud' anymore either).
But Yeehah! seems to say it just right on this occassion! Especially if you do it loud whilst throwing hats in the air. Have a go. I'm sure the children would enjoy it. t.xdd
What a wonderful update! I am smiling from here to there.
Much love to S & C, and to you too gorgeous girl!
xxx

They are Home!!!
I am so happy for your family but aching for Christians family. How sad they must be that they had to watch them leave to get back to Utah.
I know your family will help Stephanie rehab. This will be the best medicine possible for her.
That is wonderful news.
I see the smiles your dad was talking about in my mind. They are beautiful.
I will continue to pray for all of you.

What fantastic news for your family! So happy for them and their kids. Many prayers for all of you.
I am so grateful for the successes and blessings you and yours have received.
Please keep an extra prayer for me and mine, as we go through this week commemorating my daughters passing into heaven at age 11 from her brain cancer.
From this vantage point, I speak from the heart when I tell you how blessed and fortunate you are.

I am so happy for Stephanie. She finally gets to be where her heart has always been. Although we will miss them very much here in Mesa, they will always be my neighbor in my heart. Please tell the girls we miss them knocking on our back door...
Brave Stephanie, I hope the trip home was not too hard or stressful for her. I am glad to hear she was smiling! It must have been tough emotionally for her and Christian getting back on a plane again. And leaving everyone at Maricopa who helped make miracles happen. I am glad that Page was there to be with them. And even happier that you were waiting for them!
Courtney you must be so relieved that she is back in Utah. That she has crossed another milestone, a huge milestone at that!
