Alas, I Have Been Replaced

My piano player dumped me for strawberry blond chanteuse who is known to hit a very powerful high C. Apparently.

How am I doing?

Crushed.

But I guess it is a sign of things to come.

Pfff.

I am hosting a discussion about what to eat more of in 2010. I'd love to hear your responses. Check it out over at my forum.

No sense in being bored today with all this linking lying around . . .

I cannot tell you how many times I've extolled the virtues of Nutella.

Really, for a Mom it's a lifesaver...as in, when things get tough, I hide out in the pantry with my jar of nutella and a spoon.

That's it...but it does the trick.

Mmmmmmm...Nutella...

Somehow I've convinced myself Nutella is a complete protein when eaten by itself (as in, the same way beans and rice are).

Nutella? I had that once and thought I would vomit...or maybe it was Vegemite - once can never be too sure at times with those foreign foods.

Replaced? Please...who could meet up to the Cjaneness you possess?

Yeah, that's what I thought, too.

I never had Nutella in my life until my mission in Montreal. I've been making up for lost time ever since...

hahahaha, love that picture. eat more christmas gummies from "the store." yum. can't get enough. and yes, it's actually called "the store." i'm thinking the fact that they are the "christmas gummies" means bad news for my mouth b/c i'm betting my bag is the last one i'll see until next december. sigh. at least cadberry cream eggs are right around the corner. dang seasonal foods...

I would like to eat more babies this year, please. They are too sweet NOT to indulge in them - in a non-canibal way of course.

I too eat Nutella a spoon Bia! This is my new go to dessert. So easy and seriously delicious. Gives me a way to serve Nutella at a dinner party ;)

Too cute - and, mmmmm, Nutella.
Unfortunately, I ate too much of it in 2009 - my mouth is happy, but, my behind.... not so much.
But, oooh - those crepes with Nutella and banana...
Heavenly...

"Or you could win a million dollars if you leave a comment. Oops, you can't leave a comment."
Dang it.
So, I can't win, and buy a plane to go to Thanksgiving point, but I can tell you how much I dislike Nutella.
It's like frosting you put on bread.
I don't like frosting sandwiches.
I had a bad experience this summer in Lehi.
Oh yes, I did.
Remember when I was there this summer, and Pottymouth Mom set up a dinner and invited a bunch of people, and you.
You.
She invited you.
Remember?
I was like, "As if!"
As if you'd come to dinner with me.
That's like inviting The Queen to dine with Jack Black.
(Me being Jack Black, and you being...well, you know.)
Anyhoo, I had this horrible experience, which you can read about here...

Just so you don't think Lehi is all superior to Provo.
Oh no.
Lehi is disgusting, and has a history of being so.
Oh yes, I know if for a fact.
I went to the history museum there.
They've always been bad.
So there you go.
Hope it makes you feel superior, because that's all I want.
Well, that and to be able to enter one of your contests one day.
Or maybe name your baby.
*sigh*

The Chief is to die for.

In case you didn't already know that already.

His eyes are kind of Nutella colored, don't you think?

Sorry you've been replaced. Maybe your pianist may let you guest star once in a while?

Hmmm...must try nutella. Is it really that good?
