You know, sometimes I just have to admit defeat.
The only real blogging I was able to do this evening was about SLABpizza for my Provo blog (cjaneprovo.com baby!) It's a new shop and already Chup and I have been there seven trillion times. In fact, the last time we showed up I actually apologized to the owner Eric for coming so often. Basically he has become our family chef, only we go to his place so I don't have to do the dishes afterward.
(If I have a personal chef, why am I so tired?)
I wore this same outfit at a promo I did for Halftees yesterday. Come to think of it, it doesn't matter how much pizza I eat, my Halftee will always fit. (I should've said that in the promo! Brilliant news!) Anyway, if you ever see the promo on the Halftees website you will recognize this outfit. I am saving myself embarrassment here.
I am in the third trimester, only two things fit and I am going to rotate until I deliver. Purple shirt, black dress, purple shirt, black dress, purple shirt labor pains and done.
Thanks Wendy for the photo.
(Am I flaring my nostrils in the photo--a little bit?)
(And is that a wink? I can't really decide.)

Definitely a wink. A pretty cool one at that.
I think 3rd trimester is a great excuse for eating out. I need an excuse since sadly I won't pass for 3rd trimester. Boy you know you really want to stop cooking and doing dishes when you actually wish you looked pregnant so you could have an excuse. My bad! Mind you here where I live in England, all our restaurants require your parking about 1 mile away, then walking along cobble streets in the pouring rain to get to the restaurant. To be honest, cooking and dishes might be the easier approach.
When I was around 8 weeks, no maybe 10, hmm, maybe longer from my due date. We ate out constantly. There was a "chain" restaurant that had the best butter and fresh bread. It was heaven and I wasn't cooking. I had restaurant withdrawals after the baby came. Mom made up for it though with her cheesy rice. I haven't been around to read in awhile, my reality swallowed me whole. I've got some catching up to do.
I think you look amazing! Can't wait to see the promo! And you shouldn't feel bad for eating out when you are that pregnant :)
Sometimes I wish Stephanie had comments on her posts. Please tell her that I loved her post today about sisters. And it made me cry from across the world xx
I just looked it up, Provo's population is .46% black.
Wink yes! I love the halftee; I will have some my next pregnancy! You look fab!
The purse! The purse! Such a cute purse! Please, please, where can I find one????
Yes ditto on the purse! Too cute.
Oh and you look amazing! I'm getting close to my third trimester and I hope that I look good like you.
Ok...the purse is too cute! Where can I find it?
Also, gotta get a couple of half tees. Perfect design!
Dear Pretty Preggo,
You look lovely! I was there almost 8 months ago. So hard to believe my baby is already standing up! This TIME-FLYS thing is crazy, huh? Well, maybe it's dragging for you at the moment. Cute clothes and purse, oh, and wink! ;)
Love,
My Babies Are Sleeping In NE
When I get pregnant I want to look just like you. You're so stylish!
But you look so pretty in purple and black!
Enjoy the lack of dishes. For now. :)
Cjane, your "win" for the day is that I have that same shirt (but in teal). I'm 5' tall and a size 2 and I swear that you look better in yours.
Woman, you are gorgeous...winky and all. :)
Wink or not, you look beautiful! That is a very pretty color on you, so wear it often and wear it proud! The food sounds so yum - enjoy and never feel guilty.
I don't know when you are due, but we must be close - I am also in the third tri and rotating through a sad, shabby collection of clothes.
You look great, btw. Work it.
And yet...ANON still comes back to read.
(There's a special place reserved for people like you.)
Love you - for YOU - C jane!
Sounds like good pizza! When I was in my 9th month of pregnancy, I begged my doctor to induce me because I had nothing left to wear. Ya, I just don't think they make maternity clothes big enough.
Enjoy your weekend and your pizza! ;-)

I love the outfit!
Tut, tut, Laura. Not a very Christian way of acting! Just let "anonymous" go and don't stoop to his/her level.
Wink? Yes. Flared nostrils? No, not so much. Love the purple. Looks great on you. ME? NO PURPLE!! Yes on you! You're gorgeous. :)
I love the outfit! You are adorable pregnant!
And where did you get that purse? I am always on the quest for an adorable bag?? And that one sure is an adorable bag!!!
Anne - I'm thinking you didn't see the anon comment I was referring to (which, thankfully, was deleted as I was writing.)
It's hard to stoop that low.
First - the purse is frommmmmmm where? It's lovely
Second - when I was about 2 weeks from my due date for my oldest, I told the midwife - "I am done with maternity clothes. I am sick of them. I am going to wear them until they are dirty and not wash them. Because I am done with them." Seemed logical at the time! hahaha That was a Friday. He was born on Monday. It was a wise decision.
I wear that same outfit all the time! And I look just like that in it! (I am almost 33 weeks) I love Target!
to me, looks like a wink, no flare.
I think it is more of a squint than a wink. I wish I had some pizza and an expanding shirt right now.
I looked for your pictures on the halftees website, I couldn't find any! or maybe they're not posted yet ...
I want to order a few once I'm done with my second trimester...
Yesterday, I went out looking for the Redmond clay in the 2 whole foods in my area and when I couldn't find any, I ordered one over the phone! Can't wait to get it and use it :)
I love your Blog/s!
You wear it well. It was nice to meet you yesterday. You really have done so much to contribute to the success or Half Tees. Thanks for sharing the news with everyone. Can't wait to hear if your "feeling" about having a girl is right..... and remember, I have lots of girl clothes.
Kate, Amanda's neighbor.
I just love reading you. I especially love the times when you put pictures of yourself. It tells me of your personality and I think you are really pretty.
Your outfit is darling!! Love it! I know your blog is looked at by many, many people who pray and have faith.. as happened for your family. I dont know this family www.stakerzxposed.blogspot.com But I found there blog by a friend. This little boy needs prayers.. a miracle. You can spread the word for him. Thank you for making my laugh every day by your post's! I love them all, everyone!!

C Jane, I recently discovered your darling sister Nie's blog and consequently found you. As I read through your archives, I saw that you are related to Katy Packard. Her brother is in our ward, and those darling children of hers are also. Noah is in the primary where I am called to serve and is a wonderful little boy. He is excited to go to the temple and knows of the saving work that can happen for his mother there. Madi attended Girls Camp with me this summer, but still seems to be struggling and rightfully so. Perhaps another reason why I feel like I know you!
I heart your blog, you are a genius. Can't wait to see and read what having another child will do to you! :)
Love,
Lisa Lou
While I do love your purse and your outfit, as most of your reader's comments profess, I have to admit, my eyes were immediately drawn to the beautiful glass bottle of Coca~Cola shimmering on the table--delish!
Love your blog!
I'm in my 3rd trimester too and completely understand the purple shirt/dress routine. Although, mine has become the husband's shirt/sweat pants routine... Not nearly as cute.
I'd say it is a wink, and a very cute one at that.
One of my nesting activities was reorganizing my kitchen. When I was done, I got on a jam making kick while it was 102 outside.
Enjoy eating out, which I know you do, and don't give your kitchen or cooking a second thought. It will all still be there if you should ever decide to indulge.

About SLAB...you totally left my mouthwatering! I live in Sweden and I just wish, wish I could get back to the US, specifically Provo for some of that good pizza! It seems as though nothing compares to SLAB. Btw, pizza is probably my favorite food since childhood. YUM!
ps
You look good! And I am not in my third trimester, only second but I find myself already going through a small range of clothing.
I love your blog! I think you are an adorable pregnant woman. Yay for eating out!!
SLAB pizza...too good too be true. We're on our way to get a half slab of thai any moment now.
looks like a wink to me :-)
and i totally bought nutella today because your header has been taunting me.
Halftees? *gasp* Where have these been all my life! This is exactly what I need to be able to wear half of my wardrobe again with these ridiculous nursing boobs. Ugh! ;P
I really like your blog. I found you on BlogFrog
You can see my website/blog at www.thismamasays.com
Love the purse! You look stunning Courtney! You make me want to be pregnant right now.
WHO DAT' GONNA BEAT DEM' SAINTS?!
I'm due in May, Courtney, and I relate to everything in this post!! :) I don't feel like cooking a lot of the time and could eat pizza every day if my family would let me. I have been rotating the same couple of outfits this whole winter, too. It's the warmer weather that is going to force me into buying more clothes. Just for the record, if you don't have a girl, I will be shocked!! You are exuding girl vibes!!! God bless.
