This week I got to vlog with one of the biggest influences in my life, my sister Page Checketts. And added to that specialness is our wearing of the same muu muu without prior arrangement. That's a true sister, sister.

I have yet to discover the muu muu.. perhaps I should venture out and try one on?? I'm a SAHM, and jeggings are my comfort clothing of choice.. you look like you're dressed, and wearing pants, but you're just wearing leggings! great concept.

It was great meeting you and your sisters yesterday. We had a blast and I enjoyed watching this vlog from my comfy seat at the Salt Lake airport as I wait over three hours for my flight. Luckily, the crowd is really fun and I look forward to my fair share of peanuts on the plane.

As a child who grew up with an Australian mother who lived her life in muu muu's I have one thing to say and despite the fact that I think you're really funny I like your vlog/blog a lot I will share this little nugget of gold with you:
muu muu's are BUTT FETCHING UGLY.

I do believe those are compression stockings. Am I right?? Those are sweet. I sure loved the view of them; it brought back some lovely memories. I've been free of mine for 18 months now (baby just started nursery!). I can say I don't miss them too much. Except that in the winter they are warm and easily hidden! But don't stop wearing them when it warms up. Healthy legs are more important that summer fashion. Promise.

Let me just say that I love the presence of the muu muu's on the blog! Also I own that baby muu muu in yellow, my parents got it for me in Mexico a few years back. My husband loathes it and I couldn't love it more. It looks even better whilst pregnant, it was practically all I wore anytime we were home. I need more muu muu's!!

your giggles are contagious !! a good opening for my day. I am born and raised in the Philippines living here in Washington state. Filipino women wear muu muu all the time. It's like a pajama in the Philippines and a clothing used for lounging around the house, we call it "duster". I will be so happy to see "duster" becoming hip here in the US, and all because of you !! maybe that could be a business boom for the Philippines as it is so cheap over there- who knows. Anyway, thank you. I will surely take my own collection out to wear this summer.
Chess is a GREAT way to start my morning! My sister's dad used to sing that song all the time, which was a bit interesting when we'd go to the store and he'd be singing about about how "he won't be mine." Hmm. Oh, and my verification word is Cloggine. Doesn't that sound like the name of a sweet old lady who wears muu muus?

I worked with Page on the 7th floor at UVRMC 15 years ago - I remember Vance bringing the boys in a red wagon to visit her during her dinner break. That red hair! So fun to see her and you.

This vlog made me miss my sister. Very cute muu muu's. I'm spanish and am originally from Texas. I used to wear those "mexican dresses" in all different colors when I was little. I even wore them in high school. It was the fashion in my generation. Ever will look darling in it.
I really enjoyed seeing Paige in a video with you. I always assumed that she was a lot more serious than most of you. But I loved seeing you both "feed off" of eachother's jokes. Did miss Chup with you, though. Thanks for sharing! PS - WHEN IS the 20/20 SPECIAL?! I don't want to miss it! My Mother in Law and Father in Law are the mission Pres. in Tokyo. Serious! He is in for a wonderful experience. After all that has happened I think many of the Japanese people are wanting answers to life questions and they will need missionaries ready to teach. Pres. Just curious.. is your sister's father-in-law's first name Max? I have a brother-in-law who served a mission with a Max Checkitts (?) and this is the only time outside of conversations with him (my B-I-L) that I've ever seen/heard the name. Anyway, like I said, just curious.
