that's awesome. And, fun fact for you. Uncooked tortillas aren't available once you've passed The Rockies. True story. I moved to Kansas (don't ask) a year ago and I've searched high and lo for uncooked tortillas. My Costco doesn't even have them in their inventory, nor do the 7 surrounding Costcos. Apparently it's a 'high hispanic population' thing. Whatever it is, it's a travesty. I'll be stocking up (probably 5 packages for a 2-person household) on my next visit.

New reader here. I loved the video! We made quesadillas today because of your video. I usually just do boring cheese ones but I tried your avocado/bean/cheese mixture and loved it! Thanks so much for they yummy idea. We will definitely be making them again, I think we might add a little grilled chicken next time. Thanks for writing such a great blog, I really enjoy it.
