I don't usually, but yesterday I deliberately made my bed.
There were dozens of other things on my mental 'to-do' list, but doing that one simple chore changed how I approached the day. It was like I'd already 'won' (if that makes sense). So thanks for the inspiration, it brightened my day xo

Ahh, that's been my goal for two weeks too! From Sister Beck's Mormon Channel RS "Motherhood Q&A" - her mom's 1,2,3,4 routine. I did great last week but this week's been a bomb on that front cuz I'm watching a friend's two kids while she gets a much deserved ski trip with her Navy Seal husband. That would be 4 kids under 4 home all day. PHEW! It all evens out and I'm eager to get back into the 1,2,3,4 next Monday! Then I'll also start Connie Sokol's Faithful, Fit and Fab challenge --- I luvs Mormon Channel podcasts!!! In my next season of life, I'm preparing myself to do more writing. Nothin' fancy, just for myself b/c the matter unorganized that I crave to create are my thoughts and my family's history. I'm excited to see what's been on your brain! Keep up the good work!
