Here's to being in love! I love the non-anniversary -- it's very non-traditional! Well, I guess it's kinda traditional for people to forget the anniverary, but well, you get my drift! And did you notice your pun about the animal nursery -- "BEAR with me"? Hehe! I covet your love globes seriously!

Our anniversary was last week but we remembered it.

We don't like being told what day to be romantic either so we don't do Valentines Day. Besides everyday is valentines day around our house!

Actual conversation at our house:

Husband "Those people are so weird".
Me "Honey everyone is weird in their own way that is what makes this earth so wonderful" (my middle name in corn)
Husband "I still think they are so weird"
Me "You are telling me that you think that we aren't weird (listing off all that is weird about us).
Husband "ok, I guess they aren't that weird"

We used modge podge for the glue. She used starch. Also, smear the balloon in Vaseline before you start gluing the tissue paper on to the balloon. It makes for an easier detachment.

I too am also putting in a request for the "How to make your very own special love globes" booklet (if there is a booklet) or just the instructions...I'm guessing papier mache (sorry, I don't know how to do the accent marks), twinkle lights, and a boy and girl with a dream???

I am hosting TG at my home this year for my MIL and she is a HHHHHUUUUGGGEEEE, and I mean giant sized, football fan. I was thinking of doing the globes up in football colors or something of
that sort and hanging them around the room for the football game.

Just a thought.
