I would say it&amp;#39;s best to stay natural. Lot&amp;#39;s of women find if they manage to eat the nausea goes away quicker. If you do try it, buy it at Costco. (After 3 early losses, I reminded myself of this every day.)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I ended up using the situation (as I&amp;#39;m leaned over, worshiping the porcelain throne) as a learning tool.  I can&amp;#39;t tell you how many times my daughter caught me puking.&lt;br /&gt;So I told her, &amp;quot;we ONLY throw up in the toilet.&amp;quot;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Next time she got sick, she had the knowledge to go to the toilet. The best thing I find is to eat lots of small meals throughout the day, high protein snacks, etc. Even keep something on your nightstand to get something in your stomach before you get up.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Zofran, Emend, etc etc are anti-nauseants indicated for chemo induced nausea. Use for morning sickness is considered off label, and insufficient data exists on the safety of these medications in pregnancy. A study published in 1952 described the very positive benefits obtained by moms who consumed relatively small amounts of vitamin C and vitamin K. IN fact, the report showed that 91% of the women (64 out of 70 women) who used these vitamins &amp;quot;...reported complete disappearance of morning sickness within three days.&amp;quot; Three of the women studied reported that they had no improvement at all. The one that worked the best for me was putting cans of peaches in heavy syrup in the refrigerator.  When the nausea hit, I would open a can, pour the juice in a glass and drink it.  Sometimes, I could even choke down a few of the peaches.  At least the baby was getting some nutrition right???  Oh and there&amp;#39;s nothing quite like having an audience of little ones watching you hurl! It does get better though!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;As for the scary diaper changes, I had one day where my 1.5 yr old got some sort of GI problem and just the image of the poo coming out of her diaper made me toss my cookies. 4 times. In the 10 feet between us and the toilet. I made my husband come home early. What helped ...</title><content type='html'>I was so very sick with my last baby. What helped the most was eating, no matter how little I felt like it, PROTEIN every two hours. And 9 hours of sleep, plus one nap. Which of course was impossible but worth shooting for. That one ended in a miscarriage.  My OB said nausea is often a sign of a healthy pregnancy.  My fifth pregnancy, I have never been more grateful for each and every time I vomited!
